Charlesworth Property Services makes no charge to our clients in relation to the search for and purchase of a property. This is because we are paid by the agent or developer. We do, however, ask for a deposit of €700 to be paid at the start of any search that we may do for you. We hope you understand that this is to protect us from time-wasters. The deposit will be refunded to you once you have purchased your property or if we are unable to find you what you want.
 We will, however, make a charge for any further services you might request once you have bought your property, such as renovation work, holiday rental services or long term rental accommodation. We charge a one-off fee for introductions to any other company you then use, such as pool maintenance, or make a charge of €60 per hour, broken down by each minute that is spent working on your behalf, for certain other services such as securing you language courses or finding a school placement for your children.We will, at all times, endeavor to keep our fees as low as possible, and the cost implications of any arrangement we make on your request will always be discussed with you beforehand and properly contracted. It is most important to Charlesworth Property Services that you, our clients, are happy because we want you to continue using our company and of course, we want you to recommend us to other people. Our reputation is built on trust and we don’t want anything to spoil it.
