We decided to form Charlesworth Property Services because after moving to the Bay of Roses ourselves, we realised just how difficult and stressful moving abroad can be – although so very worthwhile in the end. We love it here and have been welcomed warmly and settled in quickly. It is said that moving house is one of life's great stresses; add moving country into the equation and one’s stress level can go through the roof! When based in the UK it is often hard to know the best place to begin when looking for property abroad, Furthermore, people often do not have the time to travel back and forth and do their own research. Having gone through this process ourselves, we found that many developers and agents did not have a web site, and if they did, the sites were often hard to find and use. We also found that once you have actually bought the property, you tended to be left to get on with everything else on your own which was the last thing one needed!

 

We set up internet-based Charlesworth Property Services to help clients with all aspects of buying property and relocating or renting out in the Bay of Roses.  Our bespoke service is tailor-made to your requirements. This usually results in a number of suitable properties being identified, and we email you the full details as they come into us.

 

When you are ready, arrangements for your travel and accommodation can be made with our help, if necessary, so that you can visit the Bay of Roses and view the properties with us and the agent or developer. Once you have chosen a home, we assist you with negotiating the best purchase price and see you through the whole process of the purchase from start to finish, if this is what you want us to do. The company also provides an after-purchase service that can help you to settle into your new home and life or look after your property, if you wish to make use of the holiday rental market.
