So a couple who wanted an income as a Guest House would have Four en-suite bedrooms available (the two in the Casita being self-catering of course), as well as one additional bedroom for their own private guests.

The gardens around the properties are dog-safe as we leave our own Red Setter in the garden when we go out locally.

The local village of Fonollsais 5mins and has several amenities. ST Joan de Vilatorada is 15 mins and Manresa and Calaf are 20mins with all facilities. Rajadell is 15mins and has a direct train line through Manresa to Placa Catalunya in the centre of Barcelona.

Skiing and France are one and a half hours easy drive.
